Quality Assurance

Verified at Every Stage

Our certifications are not marketing labels. They are proof that our quality systems, raw material sourcing, and production processes have been independently audited and approved by internationally recognized bodies.

EN+A1

ENplus A1

Europe's highest residential wood pellet standard. Moisture < 10%, ash < 0.7%, NCV ≥ 16.5 MJ/kg. Our ENplus operator certificate number is publicly verifiable on the European Pellet Council registry.

ENplus is the leading European quality certification scheme for wood pellets, administered by the European Pellet Council (EPC). Our A1 certification — the highest residential grade — means every production run is tested against the strictest parameters for moisture, ash, calorific value, mechanical durability, and fines content. Our operator certificate number is publicly listed and verifiable on the ENplus registry.

  • Diameter: 6 mm ± 1 mm
  • Moisture content: < 10% (ar)
  • Ash content: < 0.7% (d)
  • Net calorific value: ≥ 16.5 MJ/kg (ar)
  • Bulk density: ≥ 600 kg/m³
  • Mechanical durability: ≥ 97.5%
  • Fines (< 3.15 mm): < 1%
  • Annual third-party production audit
ISO 9001

ISO 9001:2015

Quality management certification covering raw material intake, drying, pelletizing, in-line quality testing, packaging, and logistics. Annual third-party surveillance audits confirm continued compliance.

ISO 9001:2015 certification covers our entire quality management system — from raw material receiving inspection through drying, pelletizing, cooling, screening, and bagging to final dispatch. It ensures that quality controls are documented, consistently applied, and continuously improved, with annual surveillance audits confirming ongoing compliance.

  • Documented control points at each production stage
  • Incoming raw material moisture and contamination testing
  • In-line pellet quality monitoring (diameter, length, durability)
  • Non-conformance tracking and corrective action processes
  • Customer complaint and feedback integration
  • Annual third-party surveillance audit (TÜV / SGS / Bureau Veritas)
FSC

FSC Chain of Custody

Full material traceability from FSC-certified plantation to your delivery port. Required under EU RED II for renewable energy claims. CoC documentation included with every commercial shipment.

FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) certification provides full traceability from the certified plantation where raw materials originate through our production facility to the shipment loaded at port. This is mandatory for European importers claiming renewable energy credits under EU RED II/III, and increasingly required by Japanese FIT biomass power verifiers.

  • Raw materials sourced from FSC-certified acacia and eucalyptus plantations
  • Complete material flow documentation from forest to factory
  • Species verification — plantation timber only, zero old-growth wood
  • Annual FSC audit of the entire supply chain
  • FSC CoC documentation included with every commercial shipment
  • Satisfies EU RED II supplier sustainability declaration requirements
ISO 14001

ISO 14001:2015

Environmental management across all production facilities. Energy consumption, emissions, water use, and waste are systematically monitored, controlled, and reported through annual third-party external audits.

ISO 14001:2015 environmental management certification applies across all our production facilities. We systematically track, control, and report energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, water use, and solid waste generation. Annual external audits verify our environmental performance against our registered management plan.

  • Energy consumption metered and benchmarked per ton of output
  • Dust and particulate emissions monitored at dryer and pellet mill outlets
  • Process water recycling and wastewater management
  • Biomass residue utilization — sawdust and fines reused as dryer fuel
  • Environmental incident reporting and corrective action system
  • Annual external audit by accredited certification body
